Do you sell pets?

No, here at Pip's Pet Supplies we specialise in selling a wide range of pet products but we do not sell live animals. Please note that as of 1st October 2018, it is illegal to sell puppies and kittens from pet shops in the UK.

Do you sell food items for fish, birds, or reptiles?

Yes! We don't only stock items for dogs and cats! Pop in to see what we can offer, and if you have a suggestion about an item you would like to see in our shop, please contact us.

Can I return an unused and unopened item?

Yes! Our standard return policy is up to 30 days for unopened, unused product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you feel there was any defect, issue with quality or other concern, please contact us directly at pipspetsupplies@gmail.com and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in its original packaging).

How do I make a return?

To make a return, simply bring the item(s) back to us and we’ll work with you to make it right!

Perishable goods such as raw or frozen foods cannot be returned.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Saturday 9am-4pm in Benllech

and Monday to Saturday 10am-4pm in Menai Bridge

Can you give advice on my pet's health or diet?

No. We are avid pet-lovers, but we are not vets. If you need medical or dietary advice for your pet please contact your veterinarian.

Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery. We sell exclusively in store.
